Mr. McMahon is a member of Merrill Lynch's Executive Client Coverage Group. He works in close partnership with Merrill Lynch's business heads to provide enhanced client coverage, while building business opportunities and providing client-oriented service. Mr. McMahon, who joined Merrill Lynch in 1983, has held senior positions in both Capital Markets and Investment Banking, including cohead of the Global Corporate Finance group from 1996 to 2003. His broad base of deal experience has included being the team leader on more than 300 projects involving either merger-and-acquisitions advisory work or corporate finance. From 1975 to 1983, Mr. McMahon worked for the Northern Trust Bank of Chicago in international cash management, commercial lending and corporate finance. He received an MBA with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Claremont McKenna College. He is currently the Chairman of the Claremont McKenna College Board of Trustees.

Henry Kravis began his career as Vice-President of Katy Industries, where he designed their acquisition program. He then joined Bear Stearns & Co., where he became a partner, and stayed until 1976, when he and two partners founded Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., a merchant banking firm that pioneered the development of the management buyout.
Mr. Kravis has been involved in the largest, most successful acquisitions via management buyouts, which included RJR Nabisco, Beatrice, Safeway and Duracell, among others. His firm has completed over 140 transactions with a total acquisition price of approximately $185 billion. He has served, or is serving, on numerous corporate boards, including RJR Nabisco, Safeway, Gillette, Borden and Owens-Illinois.
Mr. Kravis founded and heads the New York City Investment Fund, designed to create jobs and help small inner city businesses in New York City. He also serves on the Boards of the Partnership for New York City, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Mount Sinai Hospital, Public Television Channel 13, Columbia Graduate School of Business, The Rockefeller University, and Claremont McKenna College.
